Jane Werner's services are provided timely, professionally, and with no hype or false hope. As a builder and renovator - I find that sales all boil down to having a listing in the local MLS - the EXACT same listing that works exactly the same with each and every commission based Realtor using the exact same MLS service! The listing is also picked up on the Internet in the exact same way.
I find commissioned based Realtors are incentive driven to obligate you contractually in fine print (with little words) to protect their interest as long as possible - extending far beyond the listing period. I also hear all the right words, hype, and wonderful visions of what’s to come - to get the listing contract. Afterward - Despite the words and promises – it’s a sit and wait game and requires persistence to motivate them into their promises! Believe me - I've been there too many times and unfortunately some were friends! The "clock ticks real slow" when your waiting for a contract to end!
Alternative Realty is simple and straight forward. The results are from the MLS. The incredible savings make it a no brain-er deciding which way to go. To sum it up - There is absolutely no reason to use a commissioned based listing agent - costing you a two sided (double) commission.
