To anyone considering Jane Werner (Alternative
Realty) and her flat fee services:
I decided to “go out on a limb” and try Jane’s
flat fee services. It was not too long a limb
because I had been hearing how great she was
from a friend of mine that had a house listed
with her.
We listed the house at 10 am; had the first
showing around 2 pm and a full price offer by 5
pm. It was the highest price anyone in the
neighborhood has received.
My friend who recommended her told me he had
gotten better service from Jane than he did with
most full service brokers. I have found that to
be true as well. She is thorough, professional
and a complement to the real estate community.
I highly recommend Jane and her flat fee
